down the name of it and what its used for but I thought I got it from CC!
@ c. white sugar 3/4 c. water 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
dash of salt
Combine all in heavy large pot. Stirring continually bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and put cover on for 3 minutes to allow all sugar crystals to come off the sides of pot. Uncover & cook until it reaches softball stage 235 degrees, stirring continually.
Cool and store in covered container at room temperature. Will keep for approximately 2 months and makes 2 cups.
Any guidance would be appreciated I just can't believe I didn't put the title on it!
