I have done two jungle cakes, and I think have close up of the lions etc take a pic....I looked at pics to do mine...that helps

My one jungle cake was picked as a favorite on we tv or hgtv lol I forget now which it was...that was kinda cool....there are really cute jungle animals in cc if you search...thats how I got examples, and they were so much fun to make

Make two balls of light yellow. Roll out 4 "snakes" of fondant that have kind of a "bulb" on one end. Put two on top of one of your balls and let them hand down the front. Put the other two in the back, coming forward. Roll a thin rectangle of brown fondant. Cut tiny strips into it, but not all the way through. Gently curl the strips up, and press around the "face" of the other ball. Put on top of the leg ball. Roll another longer, thinner "snake". Wind up the extra fringes from the mane and squish those on to the tail. Make tiny circle for ears and use a paint brush to push them into the top of the head. Make a tiny triangle nose and some eyes. Poke a hole for the mouth. Put paw print shaped brown fondant on the bottom of the feet. Done.
