I have a bride who has requested a cake very similar to this one, but I don't have a clue how the separators are constructed. If anyone has an idea how to make them or knows whose cake this is, I would really appreciate the help! Thank you in advance!

I have no idea. A stack of plates? I wish the picture was clearer, it's hard to tell. It may be custom made.
