Please can any one give me a good receipe for maderia c ake i want to be able to make a plain one, chocolcate one and lemon one??? many thanks

chocolate will be 10 inch, vanilla 8 inch and lemon 6 inch

8" round 12oz butter, 12oz caster sugar 12oz self raising flour, 6 oz plain flour and 6 eggs vanilla extract. 10" 1lb 2oz butter etc 9 eggs on plain flour replace couple oz with cocoa powder. 6" 6oz butter etc 3 eggs lemon extract and zest hope that makes sense
