Combo Bday/1St Communion Cake

Ugh. But wait, it gets worse... Sisters, with bdays one yea and one day apart, celebrating these two events together! They'll need about 25-30 servings for BIG eaters (not Wilton-size servings). The girls are turning 6 and 7. How on earth can I capture all of this on one cake and give each event the acknowledgement it deserves? Help!

It's both the girl's birthdays and one of their's Holy Communion?
Not sure how many typical 6/7 yo girl's birthday cake themes would be appropriate for a 1st Communion cake...


Could you do two tiers with one event on each one with the same colours/flowers/something on both to tie the two together? Or I have seen sheet cakes here with one celebration on one side and another on the other side... something like that might work?
