ok so i got a call like 30 min ago for a guy who is having a huge surprise party for his wife who is turning 40..he specified that he wanted pink and black and her favorite color is red..she likes bling and is really a spirited person whos next endeavor is to sky dive..and he needs it saturday..usually i love cakes like this but i have no idea how to go about this one..all i have so far is a three tier with a 40 on top covered in disco dust~HELP!!!!!

How about each layer represent a bulls-eye and the top layer have a 40 in the center, then have her anding on the bulls-eye in a pink & black parachute that is dusted for the sparkle.
