Can someone tell me where I can find directions on how to make a baby cake using doll parts for the head, hands and feet. I've only made baby girls and i have a lady wanting a baby boy. Thank you in advance.

It seems to me that the only difference would be the genitalia. Are you doing a naked baby cake?

No I'm not doing a naked baby cake. I've only done girls..as in in dresses. I need to know the best way to make a baby boy doll cake with overalls or pants...or something like that. Dresses were fairly easy...not quite sure how to do pants.

Oh! I would fondant the legs and hide the seams in some way. Perhaps laying a piece of fondant over the cake that's big enough to slit so you could form pant leg and placing the seams under the legs?
