I am pretty new to cake decorating but I do eventually plan to make it my career, just need a bit more practice and a business plan lol.
Anyway, I am totally in awe of Ron Ben Israel (I even dreamt I was working with him last night, it was sad when I had to wake up lol). In one of his videos or I think it might have been during one of his online chats, he talked about how he refrigerates his cakes even with fondant on them, because he had the moisture removed from his walk in fridges. He said it was expensive but well worth it, because he can store all his cakes there without them melting due to moisture.
Anyway, if and when I finally get my business off the ground, does anyone know who you would speak to, to change a fridge to remove the moisture?
Does anyone else have this done?
