I cannot find Champagne colored edible pearls- HELP!
ok, this is what i have found. get the champagne dusting powder. Put white edible pearls in plastic bag. sprinke the dust over them in the bag, then use a couple of drops of vodka. close bag. shake bag , use hands and rub bag. dump the pearls onto a small tray. let dry. Nick Lodge does white pearls this way to his final product.
