Can Royal Icing flowers and/or decorations be frozen? I successfully freeze decorations made with confectioner's sugar frosting but not sure about royal icing.

The problem will come when they come out of the freezer. If they get any condensation on them they could melt since water/moisture is a royal icing enemy.

Royal icing decorations last for eons out of the freezer. Just keep them in an air tight container and pull them out as you need them. thumbs_up.gif
