I am doing a SS cake next month and I am sitting on the fence with the numeral topper. The cake will most likely be a two tier, pale yellow, with gum paste gerbera daisies. Any info would be appreciated.

Using a 50/50 mix of gumpaste and rolled fondant- I use Wilton to make cake toppers.
This is so much fun-takes me back to play-doh.
Make your ropes and form your number "1" and number "6" free form or use fonts from computer insert tooth picks while mix is drying-laying flat.
