I'm baking a cake from scratch and just glanced over the recipe for the oven temp. It said 175 and I thought that was pretty low but I set it anyways. 45 minutes later, there's not a whole lot of change to the cake so I looked over the recipe again. It's apparently 175 degree Celsius and not Fahrenheit. icon_sad.gif

So what do I do? Just let the cake continue baking at the same temp?
