I was hoping someone could help me out with ideas!
I am part of event that has sent out 271 invites there are other people makeing baked good. I know that no everybody is going to eat a cupcake but how many should i make???
I would wait until the rsvps start coming in. Not that everyone will rsvp, but it should help give you an idea.
thanks! my other thing is. people dont have to rsvp to the event. Its something that happends evey year.
I would ask the organizers how many invites were sent out last year and how many people showed. Also will there be a full dinner served, just appetizers? It would help to know the purpose and style of the event.
I wouldl go with the number of attendee
Not everyone will eat true but some will eat two instead of one, so that levels it, plus better safe then sorry
I would rely on what happened at the last event. I was invited to an event that had 225 people, so I made 500 cupcakes. I was told that this would be a good amount. I only sold 10!!!!! Yes I was selling them but I was the only one that had cupcakes. The only other thing was chocolates. Be careful if there are going to be other desserts there. I would ask what else is being served. You don't want to be left with a lot of cupcakes.
Its for our local Relay for life and just having goodies after we have a speaker
