I am looking for HELP / Advice:

I have a friend who ishas asked me to sculpt a fondant Bride & Groom. However, she wants to figures to be placed on a keepsake plate. I was thinking a clear acrylic piece to attach some how. This way it won't matter what color her cake ends up being.

Do you know how I can attach the fondant characters to the acrylic base or of another option?

Thank you so much for your help!

If she's going to keep them (and nobody's going to try and eat them) and you're going to put them on a clear plate so that the figures don't actually touch the cake, I'd adhere them with a dab of hot glue. It's clear, so it shouldn't show and it sets up fast enough not to melt the bottom of the figures.
