Hey all! I'm making a chocolate cake and the person I'am making it for wants Chocolate frosting. I'm using dark purple Fondant so the frosting showing through is not a problem.
I was wondering what kind of recipe I should use for the Chocolate frosting. I didn't want it to be too soft, ect. so that it wont make the Fondant slide and such.
Maybe some kind of Chocolate Buttercream? Let me know! icon_smile.gif

I agree with the earlier poster - the whipped ganache is a great idea. If you don't like that idea, try the chocolate frosting on the Hershey cocoa container - it is easy and fudgey.
