2.75" Pre-Cut Circles

Does anyone know where I can find 2.75" precut circles on a sheet?

I've only seen 3" circles.

There is only 2.5 and 3" circles available. Usually on a 2.7" cookie you would use a 2.5" round

Have you ever seen 1.25" x 2" rectangles?

Our rectangles are 2.5x3"
