I'm going to attempt a chocolate wrap for the first time. I saw a decent tutorial on here (http://cakecentral.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=599861&postdays=0&postorder=asc&&start=0), but the chocolate was spread on acetane, and I don't even know what that is. Can I use wax paper or parchment? Also, is there a certain kind of chocolate I should use - baking chocolate, chocolate chips, candy bar? Is there another tutorial anywhere, maybe a video?
