Try adding some veg shortening. Just rub it on your hands and then use your hands to knead the fondant.

maybe you can answer me this question, I know that you can use shortning to help with the dryness, but I was told or read something about adding some light corn syruo to it also, have never tried it, have you heard of this before? A little icon_confused.gif

Try microwaving it for a few seconds, maybe 10 seconds or so. Be careful because it gets hot and soft fast. I heard the light karo syrup added to the elasticity of the fondant but have never tried it myself.
