Can I use rasberry filling under MMF? or will it be too loose?

If it's a filling and not a raspberry icing or frosting I would think that it would be too loose and just end up pooling at the bottom under your fondant.

You can fill your cake with raspberrry filling, as long as you pipe a good buttercream dam on the top of each layer before adding the filling. You can then cover the cake with anything you like.

I also "butter" the cake layers with buttercream before adding fruit fillings. It helps to stop any juice from seeping into the cake.

Hi just wondering whether you could place the ganache over the cake once the layers are complete as stated above ??? Meaning dam the buttercream filled, cover cake with Ganache then Fondant ??
Thank you
