Hello everyone! I want to make one of those pregnant belly cakes, but I need help. I figured use a sheet cake for the body, the Wilton ball pans for the breasts, but what do I use to make the belly? Also if there are other ways to make this cake other than what I mentioned please feel free to let me know! Thank you all!

i just use the ball pans for breast and for the belly i use 2 pans i use a 10in contour pan and for the top i use the wilton soccer ball hope that helps
