I'm thinking about purchasing a cheap garmet steamer for my cakes. I know it will work great on all fondant cakes. However, I don't do a lot of completely fondant cakes. I do, however, make a lot that are buttercream with fondant accents. Can I use the steamer on a buttercream cake? I'd still love to get the great looking fondant accents even on a buttercream cake.
