Re-Using Fondant?

If you have to remove fondant from a cake, is there any way to "clean it up" to re-roll it? ( Mine has frosting and crumbs on it. ) Seems like such a waste to have to discard it completely. ( I am hoping I am not the only one that has had to remove fondant or I will really feel like an idiot.) Thank you.

Sure. Just scrape that stuff off. No problem.

And if it doesn't all come off by scraping just wipe it with a damp paper towel so get as much excess as you can and then when you start kneading it again it will be good as new!
