I'm planning a 3 tier cake for a 30th anniversary for my parents. I've never made a stacked cake before.
What am I going to need to make sure the cake doesn't bulge or collapse? This would be my biggest, most posh cake and I'd hate to see it fall apart!
Any tips for a novice baker would be very much appreciated!
