I picked up a bottle of LorAnn Oils - Princess Cake and Cookie Baking Emulsion and one of Buttery Sweet Dough at Hobby Lobby today.

I've never tried either.....so I'm looking for some input from those of you who have?

What are you using them for and how do your customers respond to them?

I've used the Buttery Sweet Dough in cookies. Didn't hear anything back and people seemed to like them. I've also used it in icing.

I've used the Princess for cupcakes and they tasted great.
Kind of a citrus, vanilla with a little bit of nuts mixture.
Very yummy.

Princess tastes like a more citrusy Creme Bouquet. It tastes good in buttercream for an orange or lemon cake.

I use the buttery sweet dough in sugar cookies and get comments about how rich the cookies are, even though it's my same recipe as always, just with the emulsion added. I also use it when I'm making pan dulce and cinnamon rolls.

My friends and family loves the Sweet Buttery Dough. If I don't use it they say my cake is not as good as ususal. I add it to the batter. Also use in sugar cookies.
