I thought I once saw a recipe that said you can use not pudding but Jello Gelatin mix for the flavor, as in if you wanted a fruity flavor w/ out so much chunkiness.

is this crazy talk

I have used jello in buttercream and in mousse. It worked just fine, and tasted pretty good! icon_biggrin.gif

Honesty, I just make Indydebi's recipe, and add some jello until I get the correct flavor I want. It doesn't take very much, the jello is very strong. Here are a couple of threads on it:
