another ? the bride would like her red velvet cake to have half strawberry and half banana filling. my question is should i do a layer of each filling or since this is a 2 tier cake should i do 1 tier banana and 1 strawberry. this is my first request for 2 fillings. thanks

Torte the cake into three layers, then fill with two fillings.
