A few months ago I was reading about making chocolate sea shells and someone said that there is a bright white chocolate that can be used. I have searched for this posting but can not find the web site to purchase very white chocolate. Can anyone help?

I don't know where you are located, but Hobby Lobby carries a 'bright white' or 'wedding white' chocolate in the cake and candy section.

If you color your seashells with luster and pearl dusts, it won't matter if your base color is a little off-white.

I got a sea shell ice tray at Hobby Lobby that makes great fondant/ gumpaste sea shells. the luster dust adds so much to the finished look.
