I'm a big fan of Margaret Brauns cakes, but unfortanetely i can't buy her book her in Europe.
I would really like to know how she makes her mosaics on her cakes? Does she do that with icing?
And what about the painting, does she paint the whole cover of the fondant?
I have her book, and she cuts the mosaic pieces out of fondant by hand and paints them using lustre dust and vodka.
