I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has made these beautiful flowers. I am hosting a bridal shower for my future daughter in law and would love to add these to her cake. Thanks so much.

Go to YouTube. That's where I learned to make them. Basically you cut 12 circles from gum paste. Using the ball tool on thin foam, thin the edges of the circles. Flip the circle onto thick foam and pull down from the center with the ball tool to make it look more like a petal. Take 7 petals and place in a circle to form the flower, using sugar glue. Take the remaining petals and place on top of the other formed petals to create the second layer, again adhering with sugar glue. Place tissue under top row to prop up petals. Once dry take small ball of black gum paste and place in center use ball tool to make impression in center of black ball. HTH!
