How do I make the glaze for petit fours. I am a fairly new cake decorator. I have asked and asked and no answers. Please help!/!
The Wilton website suggests using either melted chocolate (which you can get in all different colors) or a simple ganache recipe..which they also have on that site.
if you don't want to do a poured fondant, you can also use candy coating (aka almond bark)
I've made them with the candy melts and people don't like them nearly as well.
