I've made rolled Buttercream fondant and have a hard time getting consistent results. I'm not too hot on store bought fondant as I wouldn't feed it to wild animals. So, here I am, fellow decorators - What's your favorite homemade fondant to use? Also, If you wouldn't mind sharing a recipe, I would greatly appreciate it. Need to make some tonight for wedding cake on Sat.

Lots of people on this site ,use duff"s (store bought) Some use Satin Ice(store bought) Some make Michelle Foster"s recipe(on this site) Some make Toba Garrett"s ( i think on this site) It is really good. and so is Michelle Foster's . Some make the marshmellow fondant( i don,t care for it(just personal). I make Carrie Bigger's ( really good) There is a good flavoring( MAGIC LINE) cream bouquet, Not CK. really good when you make fondant from scratch. There could be others on this site. I haven,t make theirs. But the ones i have mentioned, i have made and enjoy. hth
