Hello all, I just got Byddy Balastro's book and was thinking of trying his red velvet cake recipe. Has anyone tried it. I want to make cupcakes for an event this weekend and don't really have time to make them and not like them and have to make something else. If you have tried his recipe, are they moist. Thank you for your input.
Well, I did make them and they were very good, a little sweet, but that can be adjusted the next time around. Easy to make and moist. Will defenitely make them again.
