I am doing a cake for next weekend, and wanted some tips.
Its a 3 tier 6,8,10 with all tiers quilted. I have the triple diamond cutter which i plan to use to impress my lines. Any tips for this technique, using THIS method would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Keep a level handy & make sure you are holding the diamond quilter exactly straight up and down.
Start at the bottom and press in then slowly push along the contour of the cake until you are at the top. Normally when my tool is pressing at the top then the bottom is not touching.
