roughly would you say an 11x15 sheet cake yield. I know that it depends upon how you cut it, just looking for a general idea.

TIA,

Teresa

figuring servings on a sheet is easy to do the math. Decide how big you're going to cut the pieces.

So ..... 11x15, when cut in 2x2x2" pieces (industry standard), means the cake will be cut in approx 5 rows by 7 columns = 35 servings.

When cut in 2x3x2 pieces, it means the cake will be cut in 5 rowsy by 5 columns = 25 servings.

When cut in 2x5x2 pieces ( icon_lol.gif ), it means the cake will be cut in 5 rows by 3 columns = 15 servings.
