I posted last week asking if anyone knew where to get corn syrup in Australia, (thanks for all the advice and suggestions) anyway someone did say health food store. I have asked my local health food store before with no luck anyway I had to go in the other day for something different and guess what they now stock corn syrup, I asked the lady why they where now stocking it and she said she had so many people coming in and asking for it, because of cake making that she decided to get it in and now she can hardly keep it on the shelfs. So moral of the story if you let the shop owners know what you want you may just be lucky enough that they listen. Very happy now!!
