I am scheduling to fly to Australia for the Foundations Basic course and am kinda in limbo about how to schedule the classes.

Ultimately I want to take Basics 101-103 and Intermediatte 104-106 along with the Madhatter and the Production Management course.

It would be cheaper for me to stay the month as I live in US, but I'm really worried that it may be too much work for one trip. Can any of you advise me as to how to break up these courses and which ones I should take when. Also is the Production Mangement Course definitely worth it or should I take the Cake Biz course. This opportunity may not come again and I'd like to do it while my hubby will fund the course and take care of all 8 children while I'm gone!!!
