I am wondering if anyone has had any success using pudding mix in cupcakes to make them more moist?

If you have, you mind sharring your recipe?

This is what I do now. When I add pudding mix, my batter tends to spread more, but I still love adding it because I like the flavor and moisture. What I do is use the jumbo cupcake liners in my regular cupcake tin. It makes them rise up instead of overflowing. They don't quite reach the top of the liner, which makes room for me to put frosting now from edge to edge of the cupcake and it doesn't make a mess.

I just did it last night: made up chocolate cake mix and added 1 cup sour cream and chocolate pudding mix. took forever to cook but came out incredibly moist and delicious and I didn't really have a problem with the shape changing too much (but I'm a pretty ametuer baker so I might just have not been paying good enough attention.)
