Was wondering if anyone knows what star icing tip does Buddy on "Cake Boss" use to ice his cakes. I know it is a large one was wondering what size if anyone knows. I have been doing cakes a few years and I use the icer tip from wilton but would like to try something new. thanks

His recipe that I found online says he uses a #7 star tip to fill cannoli's. It may not be the same tip he uses to decorate though.
