A local business is wanting me to show how to bake and decorate cookies. I am not sure where to start. I have tons of ideas, but it is a 2 hour class and I can't show them everything in that amount of time. Is there a place on cakecentral to look at other posts on this subject?

you might want to look back through the threads in the cookie forum (or do a search in that forum)... I seem to remember a few post about classes a while back.
