Hi,
I'm a newbie here.

I need some step by step instructions on how to make a stacked 2tier cake.

I'm very much a novice!!

I'm not sure exactly what I need to do. I've done some reading to find out. ie: crumb coating, stacking etc

Size wise I was thinking top layer 6" and bottom layer 10".
Does anyone have a chocolate cake recipe they recommend? Is it only one cake per tier?

Sorry for so many questions!!

Oh I forgot, on the cakes per tier...It depends how tall your pans are, My pans are small so I have to bake 2 of that particular size and tort them, I put the filling and stack them. Then I do the same with the bottom tier. My pans are ony 2 inches tall, I like some hight. But you might not need it. like I said it depends on the sizes of the pans. I hope that makes sense.lol
