I am working with fondant and i wanted to know when i make things like a shoe or something that needs to be standing do i need to put it in the frig after i make it? The things i make seem to sag :0(

use 50/fondant and 50/ gumpaste look at my photos i made a shoe

I definitley wouldn't put fondant or gumpaste in the fridge as it will absorb moisture and make it sag more. I usually put my 'creations' in the hot water cupboard or airing cupboard where it is dry and warm. You could try adding some gum trac to your fondant to make it harden up.

You can also add some gum tragacanth to your fondant to give it extra strength!
When I make decorations that need to STAND UP, I make sure to add some gum trag.

I think Wilton make it, otherwise your cake decorating supply shop will have it if you ask for it.
