I have used the Wilton and Cake Mate ones from Walmart and Michaels and had disastrous luck with them peeling away. I have an event this month that needs 600 of them, and they have to look pristine.

It's not the recipe, either, because the same cake works great in my Dixie full sized liners but I'm not having luck finding them in mini.

Confeta. I have used their regular and mini cupcake liners and they are great. They are greaseproof paper. Australian. I have emailed them before to find distributors for their liners (baking cups, they call them), they were very helpful. You can get contact info off their website and they will tell you sizes and stuff. http://www.confeta.com.au
