Long time lurker, first post!
I just became a member of ICES and am considering attending the Days of Sharing event in April. I am a little bit confused though about how it works. If I pay the full package member event price, does that get me access to all of the classes without extra fees or does it just provide the breakfast and meet-and-greet and I'll still have to pay for each class that I want to take? (All of those classes have prices attached to them, but they also offer ala-carte registration)
From the website events/registration page: (http://www.mnices.org/)
---
What can you get with your registration:
These are now a-la-carte priced.
* Friday Meet-n-Greet with the Instructors.
o Hor d'oeuvres provided and a cash bar will be available.
o Photo-ops, book signings. Bring yours or buy there.
o Meet the Instructors even if you are not taking one of their classes.
o Just maybe a few suprises thrown in.
* Sunday morning breakfast, each table to be hosted by an Instructor.
* Offsets some of the costs of the event facility and administration.
* Access to the classes. You must resister to take a class.
I'm guessing that I have to pay for each class separately but I'd love confirmation!
MN huh? I just may have to go!!! I haven't been to one of these yet so I'm sorry I can't be much help... but thanks for letting me know about it
I just found out about it too. I'm excited but man will it get to be expensive to take everything I want to take if the classes aren't included in the full registration fee!
I too am going to try to go, not for the whole weekend, but to take a couple of the classes.
