LOL, just kidding.
I make my cake TRUFFLES by using crumbled leftover cut-offs from carved cakes etc and mixing in some ganache buttercream and adding a splash of liquer if desired. Roll into walnut sized balls, freeze. Once frozen take them out for a bit, then dip in melted chocolate of your choice.
Cupcake pops...meh, better ask someone else
