icon_smile.gif Hi,
I need to make a small igloo shaped cake for Satuday. My plan was to use the durable 3D cake recipe on this site. Then bake half the recipe in half the wilton ball pan and the other half of the batter in an 8 in round and put them together. Is this a good idea? Or no... icon_redface.gif

You can always carve it a little to get the perfect desired shape.
You can buy tins in the shape of an igloo
