Ok. I have a request from someone who husband is remind 60 and retiring from working on the railroad. The cake is for 200 people. Any ideas? Im having a hard time coming up with some ideas. [/code]

It would be a lot of work, but I think a large sculpted train cake would be nice. You could make sculpted train cars and put them on a sheet cake decorated as the train tracks. Hope that helps!
