Hello all, please how do I store fluffy marshmallow frosting. I need try to make some ,and was wondering how to store the rest or how to even store the cake itself. Does the cake have to be refidgerated after its been frosted. TIA.

solascakes, I've been trying to find out about this for a while. It almost seems that you can't store it for long.

"Use immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to several hours; some of the volume will be lost during storage."

Oh thanks a lot imagenthatnj,i guess it might not be advisable to make it now then,if i'm not sure there are enough people to eat it.
