Has anyone ever used this set? How would you construct a Topsy turvy cake as in would you have to use Styrofoam wedges? Please let me hear your thoughts on these pans. Heres the link:

I just saw this at petalcrafts.com I do mine the old school way (cutting, carving) but after I saw this I thought "I wonder if I could use my 3" pans filled with little less batter and then tip my pan while its baking, like setting it on the edge of a cookie sheet or broiler pan.
Im so stinking broke these days Im always looking for any other option to spending $

Not with these pans. The cake comes out already "topsy turvey" and you can just stack them on top of one another with proper internal support of course(cake cricles, dowell rods or bubble tea straws, SPS whichever you prefer) and maybe a dowell down the center if you aren't using SPS.
