Does anyone know what type of impression mat would be best for a fondant basketball cake? Also, where to find it? Thanks[/b]

Hmmm, I have an indirect answer to your question. icon_smile.gif I read that you can use the pointy side of a meat mallot to mack basketball texture, but I haven't tried it yet.

I don't know of a mat but, I have used the netting that my onions come in for my basketball impresion. I used it just like a impression mat. I layed it over my fondant and then used my rolling pin and rolled over it one good time. Worked well for me. HTH!

Good idea sccanwbfan, gotta try that!

Merckens has one but it's pretty small.
