oooooooooook, so i got the cake part down! BUT....i have tried several different whipped cream recipes and can't seem to find one similar to the icing that the bakery used! it was def NOT buttercream, but it was VERY thick and mildly sweet.... and it seemed to keep all piping in shape unlike the whipped cream recipes i've tried. any ideas/recipes???????? THANKXXXXXXXXX in advance
